Site Review: TRAINN
With the massive drop off in quality freebies lately (no worry for alarm, this always happens from time to time), I figured I should finally start pumping out some reviews on referral based freebie sites. So, as I stated back in the post where I got my free iPod, I’ll start with TRAINN’s Your Free Video iPods site.
TRAINN is by far the best and most reputable referral based freebie site on the net. From start to finish, a user can complete the site and have an iPod on their doorstep in give or take 30 days. What makes TRAINN so successful and highly recommended go beyond the quick time frame, though. They have plenty of sites offering a wide variety of prizes and they even offer Paypal as a prize option, allowing you to earn hard cold cash instead of an iPod or laptop.
They also present numerous offers that a user can complete, which is a huge plus. On some sites, there are only 10 or 15 different offers a user can choose to complete. Yet TRAINN has at any given time 50+ offers to choose from, making it much easier to find an offer that you are both interested in and have never done before. And finally, TRAINN is quick to respond to any support tickets you have and instead of leaving their users in the dark, offer an extensive FAQ section as well
Another huge plus for TRAINN is that their main display screen is very user friendly and easy to understand. Below is a snapshot of my recently completed account and you can easily see all of the pertinent information you need. You’ve got an image of the free product you’re aiming for, the total amount of refs you’ll need, and a nice chart to show you how far you are on your way to getting your freebie.
Beneath it, you’ve got your referral link that all your refs will need to sign up under and then a list of all your refs, displayed by e-mail. You can see when your ref signed up and also whether or not they’ve completed an offer.
Another great feature is their offers said. Like I said, they have plenty of different offers, but on some sites, they don’t do a good job of displaying both the offers or their requirements. That’s not that case with TRAINN. As you can see in the image below, they not only have over 6 pages of offers to choose from, but you can also sort the offers based on alphabetical, newest, instant, or most popular. You then have the offer title, it’s logo, and a short description on the product. If you click the small box under the logo that says “requirements,” the description is suddenly replaced with what you need to do in order to receive credit, which is extremely helpful! They even give you an estimated time of crediting!
Honestly, TRAINN is a fantastic referral based freebie company. There aren’t enough positive things I can say about them as a whole and no matter what freebie based forum you frequent, the general consensus is that TRAINN is top notch.
If you are interested in signing up for any of the TRAINN’s sites, please feel free to use my ref link! Just think of it as supporting HIF =)
