While this isn’t a freebie in the normal sense, I thought it was kind of cool and thus I’m sharing. This new site is offering free wake up calls to any domestic phone (international calls are said to be coming soon). But that’s not just the cool part, your phone won’t only ring, but when you pick it up in your sleepy haze, they’ll play some music or read a poem that you selected from their site. This might not be that great of an idea if you’re a heavy sleeper like me (you fly an F-18 through my room and I won’t wake up, although the plane would probably destroy the house and send it crushing down on me…), but if you’re a light sleeper and hate alarm clocks, you might want to try this out.
