I just signed up for this free XO3 hangover prevention offer from Movin 99.7 in San Francisco and it worked, so it doesn’t look like this is region specific. I actually could have used some of this stuff last week as I went to my favorite Mexican restaurant to enjoy a nice dinner and woke up the next morning with an elephant dancing on my head.
