Awesome Hiffer Lucy sent me a little e-mail saying that Taco Bell recently ran a promotion where if a base was stolen in during this past World Series, Taco Bell would give away free tacos. Basically, all you have to do is show up at any Taco Bell between 2:00 and 5:00PM today say you want a free crunchy beef taco and they should hand one over to you! You can read the official rules over at their website, but I wouldn’t waste too much time if I were you! No, if it were up to me, I’d be driving around trying to go to as many Taco Bells as I could find in an effort to get as many free tacos as possible. Let’s see how many you can get for free in those three hours!

Hopefully this free Juicy Juice coupon stays alive for a while, because I can’t save it and upload it to HIF since I’m out of the country right now. In fact, I could go for a Juicy Juice right now. There are a million different reasons to love Australia, but their non-alcoholic drinks certainly aren’t one of them. I could print this coupon out and take it to the local grocery store, but I have a feeling they’d think I was a bit weird trying to get a freebie from them that they don’t even have!

I hate waking up late for work or class and rushing out the front door half dressed only to realize 15 minute later that I forgot to brush my teeth. Seriosuly, is there anything worse than being stuck with the taste of last night’s dinner in your mouth all morning long? I think not. Which is why you should sign up for this free Oxyfresh toothpaste and just stash it in your glovebox or desk at work or something. Then you’ll always have a little toothpaste close at hand and you won’t offend everybody in a 10 foot radius to yourself.

The restaurant chain Wendy’s is giving away free t-shirts and food to any college student who signs up. But I’m not even a college student anymore and it still accepted my information.

Basically, just enter in your info plus a college e-mail address (I luckily remembered my old one) then hit submit. That’s it. They didn’t ask me to confirm my address and I fudged the numbers a little to make it look like I was still in college They say they’ll send you a t-shirt and then if you take a picture of yourself wearing it and put that picture in your Myspace page, they’ll send you coupons for free food. Sounds good to me!

Wal Mart is giving away some free Purex laundry detergent, so make sure you sign up for some before this goes dead in approximately 19 seconds. Ok, maybe it’ll last a little bit longer, but geez if it doesn’t seem like these Wal Mart offers have been dying especially fast lately!

The freebie itself claims to be environmental-friendly, which seems a bit oxymoronic to me when you consider all the power it takes to run the washing machines that will be using this stuff. That’s like me saying I’ve created a car built out of 100% natural products and then taking it down to the local gas station and filling up. But that doesn’t mean I’m going to start doing my laundry by hand or anything. If there’s one thing I enjoy about technology, it’s how it allows me to spend my time and energy doing things I love to do, like hunting for freebies!

K-Mart has a printable coupon (which I’m hosting here at HIF so they can’t delete it on us!) where you can get a free bag of Halloween candy. If there’s one thing I don’t need, it’s a free bag of delicious sugar to give me even more energy, yet my printer is churning right now as I pump out as many of these babies as possible. I plan on going to the nearby K-Mart with all my friends and getting as many free bags of candy as possible! If I’m lucky, there might be a bag or two left over by the time Halloween rolls around

Hey All! Shaynon here with another freebie review just for you! Today’s freebie of choice “Golden Harvest Chips.” This offer was posted back on August 3rd and I received mine somewhere towards the end of September. It came in the standard cardboard packaging as all the “can be squished” foods come in.

After opening up the package, I found that it contained two samples of the chips. The size of the bag was like what those fun size packs are. One was for the “Tomato Basil” and the other was “Banana.” I just opened the Tomato Basil first and it smells a lot like pizza. The chips are paper thin and very crunchy. Ok, here it goes. Tastes a lot like a pizza combo. Not bad. Eat a few more. Ok, EWW. To me they have a very bad after taste. Almost cardboardish. I thought the idea was to taste like a chip, not the packaging it came in.

Enough of these. On to the Banana chips. They smell like bananas, which is a good sign. But as we know from the pizza chips, smells can be deceiving. Upon further tasting it’s very good. Had a hint of vanilla in it also. No after taste with these. I ate the whole bag and nothing but smileys here.

Ok, so two freebies; one good, one bad. I can deal with that. I would like to try the other kinds just to see what they are like. They include Vegetable Medley and Apple Cinnamon. I looked for these chips at Wal-Mart and they are selling for $2.88 for a 6 oz bag. And seeing as the freebie is a 1 oz bag, I don’t think that is too bad.

I feel like I haven’t posted on the front page here in forever. See, I’ve been so wrapped up in everything else in my life (including scoring over 3 billion on the arcades here) that I just sort of “forgot” how to post here… Crazy, huh? But I figure if the Goob can take breaks, then so can I, eh? Hah.

Needless to say, when I get this sample of Fiber One cereal, I might have to take a few more breaks too… No, not to sit on my throne, ruling over my royal subjects in the sewers below, but just some more breaks to enjoy the cereally goodness that this sample will provide to me.

Hello everyone! Shaynon here. This is hif’s first written freebie review. It’s a little different from the video ones, but still the same idea.

Okay, today I am reviewing the “Kashi snack”. This was posted back around August 28th. I choose the “Oatmeal Dark Chocolate Cookie” as my snack and received mine on September 20th.

It came in cardboard packaging with the cookie inside. I was surprised at the size of the cookie. It wasn’t a little sample bite-sized cookie, as I expected it to be, but instead was actually pretty big. The texture of the cookie was moist, no dry freebie here. And you can actually see the little grains in the cookie sticking out. It has all your healthy stuff in it along with chocolate chips and walnuts. If I hadn’t of known it was health food I would have never guessed. It tasted like a chocolate cookie with oats with no bad aftertaste or anything.

The next test was on my sister. She hates everything! But I gave her a piece of it and she loved it. Proof to me that it’s good stuff. I went to the store later on to purchase a box of these. I ventured into the organic isle where the Kashi food are kept as if they are prisoners. (these cookies don’t belong among the soy). The box contained 6 cookies for 3.58$. Not bad. Still the same size and for some reason even better. So yes, the Kashi Cookie is one to eat!

Ok, somehow this post got posted without being completed. Whoops! Anyways, like I was saying, my family actually buys these free Cottonelle moist wipes that are being given away by Wal Mart. Why? Your guess is as good as mine, but I figure if they’re good enough for my little brother, then they’re good enough for me. Eh, ok, I’m just posting this now because it’s 8 in the morning and I can’t be funny before I drink at least a cup of coffee!

This website is offering a free Sticky Minds snack pack if you sign up before November 1. What’s in the snack pack? I have absolutely no idea! But I do enjoy getting my snack on, especially when I’m sitting here in front of the computer surfing aimlessly for freebies at three in the afternoon on a Wednesday. Which, if anybody is wondering, is a pretty typical Wednesday for me. I just hope it’s something delicious, like candy. Or better yet, let’s just hope they send us some money so that we can go out and buy our own snacks! Pizza, here I come!

I could have sworn this free Curel Ultra Healing lotion from Wal Mart had died this weekend, but it looks like it’s still going strong today. Of course, the Freebie Gods will certainly make this offer die approximately 14 seconds after I hit the “publish” button, but what can I say? I’m a sucker for Wal Mart freebies! I don’t even use hand lotion and yet I just signed up for it because now all of a sudden I’m looking at my hands and wondering to myself, “Is my skin dry? I think I need some lotion. No, seriously, I think that’s dry skin on my ring finger. Oh God, I have dry skin. Is that bad? Do I need to go to the doctor?!”

Even though I’ve never heard of it, that didn’t stop me from signing up for some free Zours candy. Because like I said in the latest freebie review, I’ve got a massive sweet tooth. We’re talking a sweet tooth so big, it dwarfs all my other teeth. I have to eat an entire package of Double Stuff Oreos every day just to satisfy it. At least, that’s the excuse I tell people. I doubt they buy it, but I rarely care since I’m so hopped up on sugar every day!

I’ve always used 1-800-Free-411 in the past for free 411 calls, but I recently discovered that Google came out with their own version of free 411 phone calls at 1-800-GOOG-411. I played around with it today and I must say I’m impressed. I called up and asked for pizza listings in my area and one of the top choices was a joint that opened up just last week. I called again looking for a cigar store and they told me about a place I didn’t even know existed. They also will connect you to the business for free, send you a text message with the store’s information if you want to save it, and can also send you a local map of the area.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always suffered from massive chapped lips every winter. But as a kid, I didn’t really know what was wrong and thus I always licked my chops to try and sooth them. My mom finally spotted me doing so one day and after a quick inspection, pulled into the nearest pharmacy parking lot and told me to run in and buy something called Carmex. And….

Little Goob: Hi, do you have any Carmex for sale?
Old Lady Behind The Counter: No, sorry son.
Goob: Are you sure? My mom said I could get some Carmex in here.
OLBTC: Trust me, we don’t sell that here. Besides, those things are good for nothing anyway.
Goob: But my lips are really chapped and they hurt! Don’t you have anything I can buy?
OLBTC: How the heck are comics going to help cure your chapped lips?

Luckily for me, I don’t have to go into a pharmacy anymore and spend ten minutes trying to tell people I want Carmex and not comics. Why? Because I can just sign up for this free Carmex lip balm and have it sent straight to me in the mail!

This free toy from Toys R Us is only good for one more day and you have to go to the store in order to get it, but if you think you might be out running errands tomorrow, then stop by and get a freebie! Personally, I can’t decide which toy I should get: the free Hot Wheels car or the free Littlest Pet Shop Animal. On the one hand, I could give the little animal to my little sister and let her have some fun playing with it. On the other hand, I could get the car and run around the house making “VROOM VROOOOM” noises. Ugh, making decisions as a responsible adult is too hard!
