Whoever designed the page for this free Clean & Clear Absorbing Sheets forgot the small rule of thumb that people usually can’t read tiny freaking text. I almost had to find my magnifying glass while filling out the form. I did figure out that you don’t have to bother with the survey on the second page, so woo hoo to that.
