Free Caffeine-Free Teeccino Herbal Coffee Sample

Its just after 8am here in Casa de Cohen and there’s something disturbing about this Caffeine-Free Teccino Herbal Coffee sample. I’m just trying to figure out if its the words “caffeine-free” or “herbal coffee.” Something about being up this early makes one or the other of those combinations a bit off kilter to me…

6 Bags of Candy & 4 Movie Tickets for $14

It’s a well documented fact (in my head) that the freebie supply goes up and down. One month I’m search high and low for hours looking for quality freebies and the next I’ve got too many to post. I don’t mind this, because I have fun looking for freebies, but it does hinder my posting ability here on HIF.

So, I’m going to start including posts on how to get a lot of stuff for just a little bit of money. Case in point, how to get 6 full bags of candy and 4 movie tickets for a mere $14, which I found over on Centsible Sawyer yesterday. Our very own Froggie on the forums went to CVS the other day and paid around $20 for over $80 worth of stuff!

There are some great deals out there if you know where to look. Anybody care to share their best coupon saving stories?

Free Cheerios

Well, kinda. Head on over to Cheerios website and give them your e-mail address. Then they’ll e-mail you on July 28 when their Cheerios Challenge starts and offer you a way to get some free Cheerios. I’m not sure if it’ll be a printable coupon of it you’ll be able to sign up via the Internet for it, but I do know that I don’t care since I love Cheerios. I used to think they tasted like cardboard, but now I kinda dig the plainness of them.

It makes me wonder if they still taste like cardboard and I’ve just grown to like that taste though. I’ll go munch on a few old boxes outside and let you know how it turns out.

Freebie Review 23 - Dress Like A Cow

I woke up last Friday already knowing about the free Slurpee’s at 7-11, but it wasn’t until around noon that I logged onto HIF and noticed the Dress Like A Cow Chick-Fil-A freebie. I didn’t have anything planned for the day, my little sister was pretty bored, so a few hours later…

Dress Like A Cow Freebie

Free Dove Pro-Age Lotion

EDIT: This is no longer available.

Ladies and gentlemen, I come to you as a concerned member of the freebie world. I’m no business executive, but I do know that in order to stay up and running, most companies need to sell various products for profit. With that in mind, I ask how in the world is Dove still operating? Every time I turn around, they’re giving away endless amounts of samples, like the free Dove Pro-Age lotion.

But it’s not just the fact that Dove is giving away countless freebies. There’s the trend in product names. Pro-age? Isn’t lotion supposed to be anti-age? Is the name supposed to be ironic? Is this a joke I’m not getting?

Some people might think I run a freebie website and develop relationships with the companies so that I can get even more free samples. Heck no! I just want their e-mail addresses so I can ask them what the heck their product names mean.

Free Degree For Men Deodorant

What does the SciFi channel and Degree for Men deodorant have in common? I have no idea. Maybe they both enjoy creating websites that force even the newest of computers to stop everything it’s doing in an effort to load it. My computer almost ate itself trying to process that freaking page - I honestly thought it was going to catch on fire. I really like this computer and it’s expensive, so I got pretty worried and even started sweating a little.

I…wait a minute…Ooooooooooh, they’re good!

Free Playtex Sport

I get the image of a chick running on this free Playtex sport page, but I’m a little baffled by the next one of her shopping. Is shopping a sport to women? You know, that might explain a lot. I enjoy the company of a woman who appreciates sports, but now I’m gonna have to rethink that position.

How about this new rule of thumb: If an activity involves trying on more than two pairs of outfits, it’s not a sport. Can we all agree to this? Oh, and here’s a secondary page for when the Wal Mart offer dies soon.

Free Powerful Girls Journal, Stickers, etc.

EDIT: Unfortunately, this freebie is no longer available.

These free Powerful Girls journal and other goodies are being given away by a government agency (I think), so it’s pretty safe to say they’ll come (I hope). No word on just how powerful one must be in order to qualify for them, but they accepted my submission and I can only bench press 10 pounds.

Free Fiber One Samples

Whenever I see the Fiber One commercials, I think of just eating a cardboard box. Just like in the commercials. I guess, though, its not as bad as they make it out to be or something. Or if it was, maybe they’re just trying to brainwash us all with these free samples of their new products with coupons. I don’t know about you, but when I get coupons, it makes everything better.

Free Tazo Tea Sample

I’ll eat almost anything that’s put in front of me. Same goes for drinking. So when I saw this free sample of Tazo Tea that you get when you click the little link on the bottom, well, I couldn’t turn it down.

Of course, this means I actually have to wait for it to come in the mail, but if I’m lucky it’ll be raining that day and I can just put the envelope in my mouth.

Dress Like a Cow for Free Chick-Fil-A

Speaking of free food today, if you head in to Chick-Fil-A today and are dressed like a cow? You get free food there too.

Full cow costume? Free meal.
Partical cow costume? Free entrée.

And seriously, dress like a cow? Well if you don’t have a cow costume hanging up in the back of your closet (and if you do, I need to party with you), they give you tips on their website.

EDIT: I nearly forgot. If you do participate in this offer, please take a picture and post it on the forums at the link below! We’d love to see what you can come up with!

Free Slurpee Day

This morning while watching the news they were announcing this and I looked down at my clock. Wow, 7:11AM on 7/11. Can’t beat talking about 7/11’s 7.11 ounce free Slurpees today at exactly 7:11AM on 7/11.

Just, don’t wait till 7:11PM on 7/11, because then you won’t be able to hit up all of the participating 7/11 stores in your area for your free 7.11 ounce Slurpee.

I think the only year this could have been cooler in would have been Ye Ole Middle Ages on 7/11/711. I mean, seriously. How cool would the Medieval Bloggers be back then? I’d imagine something like this:

“Forsooth, this doth refresheth mine thirst and quencheth me from thy dragon sun nigh!”

Free Canadian Folgers Coffee

I hardly ever post any freebies available only to our Canadian neighbors, but I feel it’s time to offer them some free Folgers coffee. This makes me wonder if their Folgers coffee is better than ours somehow. What’s up, Folgers? Why only offer this to Canadians? Are you putting gold bars in theirs or giving them the “real” coffee? I smell a conspiracy!

Oh no, wait, that was just the dog I was smelling. False alarm, everybody!

Free Candle Samples

Tracy from Candle-Samples.com has graciously offered to give away free candle samples to anybody who wants one. I just hope they don’t smell like food, because every time I get a chocolate or vanilla scented candle and burn it, I get hungry and eat everything I can get my hands on.

Including the candle wax once…that wasn’t a pretty sight…

Free Pero Instant Natural Beverage

There’s a chance that this free Pero Instant Natural Beverage won’t come since it looks like it’s from a small Ma & Pop type company, but I’m willing to take the risk. Why? Because I think it’s time for me to admit that I’m addicted to caffeine. If I don’t drink at least twenty gallons of coffee a day, I basically turn into a blob of incompetence. I need to start waning myself off this stuff and I figure a freebie is the best way to start!
