I have to give a word of caution about Fiber One. Yes, it is delicious. But don’t make the mistake of eating a giant bowl of it when you’re not already used to a high fiber diet. I did it a while back, and the result was not pleasant at all. My digestive system suffered very ill effects for a couple of days. So stick to the samples and small bowls if you purchase the cereal.

lol. well thank you to Violet (adorable name btw). My little sister is 8 and asks for these cereals too…its so much better then the sugar filled ones!!

We have had a few different fiber one samples over the past few months. My 3 year old daughter is addicted to them. As soon as she sees it come in from the mail she starts asking for it. So naturally we have begun buying it, and she prefers the Fiber one cereal over Barbie, and Dora cereal. So if a 3 year old can give a review I think Violet would give 5 smiles too.
