I’ve recently taken up jogging, and I can say this for sure: jogging in the cool midwest Autumn is much better than jogging in any season in Florida. Sure, Florida is nice and warm, but its also humid. Here in Illinois? Perfect weather. A little cold? Yeah, but just throw in a jacket.

What’s the same wherever you jog is the pain and soreness from the distance sometimes. Or at least for me. With about 10-15 miles down a week, and starting from scratch? I’m hurting. So I hope that this free sample of Beyond Bodi Heat pain relieving stuff takes a lot less time to get here than the 6-8 weeks they tell me…
