I too got a confirmation on 0ct 26th ..and a email on the 31st saying no shirt for me that they exhausted their supply.....
Got my confirmation e-mail on the 26th saying that the shirt would be sent out. On the 31st I got an e-mail saying supplies had been exhausted but Thanks for the feedback!

I got through all that on the site and got my confirmation email 3 or 4 days ago. I just now got an email saying they won't be sending me my shirt, they've run out.
