1500 mg glucosamine HCl
800 mg chondroitin sulfate
1500 mg MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)

YES! Now that’s what I’m talking about! Over a thousand milligrams of Methylsulfonylmethane?! You just know something is awesome when it’s name has eight vowels in it. Anything over six is high class in my book.
