Free Soy Joy Bars (Yes, again)

If you’ve been around this site a while, you’ll know that we have an “established relationship” with Soy Joy bars. Why, it seems that they just pop up and pop up. Just like cockroaches…
All of that being said, before redeeming your free Soy Joy bar from Wal*Mart’s site, you might want to take a look at Goob’s freebie review of these suckers.

Well, Goob…I tried to watch your review of these “things” but it wouldn’t play for me
but I’m sure mine is probably somewhere in the same range as yours…I’ve gotten this freebie before..and actually took a bite…one bite…all I can say is, if you enjoy chewing on dried up styrofoam/cardboard with pieces of “fruit” I think they dug up from an ancient ruin, then enjoy! LOL I decided to request this one again anyway..going to put it in my drawer at work…next time one of my co-workers begs me for a free snack outta my drawer, they’re getting this…bet they won’t ask me again! LOL
The bars left a nasty taste in my mouth all day!!!!!!!
Well, I looked at the website for an ingredient check, and the FAQs listed a question “If I’m allergic to peanuts can I eat Soy Joy?” and it answered no, that the soy joy bars MAY contain nuts, tree nuts and almonds. I remember looking at the berry one in the store one day, and it listed not only almonds, but peanuts as well. Just a warning to other people with nut allergies
But hey, you can always give it to your non-allergic friends/co-workers/relatives or your dog? Most of the reviews said they tasted like stale, crumbly fruit cake without the fruit, and Bren above me says they’re like styrofoam. I’ll take their word on it

I’ve never posted, but I HAVE to say, I’m with Pamela kids, I couldn’t even swallow it. They are obviously so bad, they can’t give them away!
My kids are always sneaking stuff out of my low carb goody drawer…….I think this may turn out to be the perfect deterrent!! I should rig up a hidden camera for this one.

i dont think they are too bad, Ive had better but probably not as good for me. why not, for free? (this isnt my first sample, they should just periodically send us some, lol)
Well you only live once. Its free so I am going to give it a try. I like soy milk in my cereal so this may not be as bad as all that.

well, the soy bars are sold out so it says, so i guess i didnt miss anything. LOL
I just receive the apple one. And of course seeing Goob’s video couldn’t make myself try it. So I gave it to my 3 year old because she kept saying she was hungry. I think bored and hungry mean the same to her! Anyway, she made her sister pick out the apples because they looked like bugs! Then ate it like it was good. Of course I asked her if she would like more and she said no. hmmmm…must of been filling or maybe not so great after all!
