is there any canadians sites that offer free publishing a cookbook?? I moved from the east to the west and lots of friends are here, want to do a cookbook called East comes to West, I am not sure where to go to get information.Please someone help.

This is awesome.. I am a cook and am always having to write out recipes(which I never follow cuz I make up as I go) for family and friends...This will make life much easier...can just compile a book...and hopefully add other family members favorite recipes. Thanks for the heads up on this freebie.
