Free Exercise Band

Wisconsin only, sorry folks…

I’d say that I kept all of my exercise related New Years resolution, but lord knows I’d be fooling myself. Heck, with all of the snow and ice on the ground? The fifteen miles a week I was running has decreased to maybe walking a mile or two once a week. Or mall walking.

Now, though, I guess with this free exercise band, its sort of hard to not work out. I mean, I guess I could use it for some ankle or leg exercise while I was writing up posts here…

Or as the start of a giant slingshot to fire cats at my enemies. As soon as I have enemies, that is…

    Clark – Probably, but anyone who’s been reading this site for a while knows that I’ve got two cats of my own, and the most I’d ever do is feed one of them beer or do bicep curls with him… :D

    We have 3 cats here….but I save the beer for the 2 dogs and myself….OK,……mostly just for me.

    I just received my GIANT flat rubberband here in Maryland. Maybe they were trying to discourage all the non WI residents from requesting them?
