From what I understand, some people started out buying a few items and then every month they have enough CVS or Walgreens rewards dollars to buy stuff with cashback, and the cycle repeats itself. On one blog I saw, someone is up to $50 something a month of FREE stuff from Walgreens. And I love how they will let you use the coupon, and still refund the pre-coupon price. Plus, you can use a manufactures coupon AND a store coupon at most of their stores. It may be a bit of delayed gratification, but if that ain't better than free, I don't know what is! I use the coupon to buy the things I will get the rebate on. I can also submit the original receipts to get reimbursed through my medical spending account items (OTC medications, etc.).
