Free Album and Buck from Officer Roseland

The buzzword of our times seems to be “stimulus.” Be it economic, coffee from Starbucks, or uh, other forms that involve various married governors, everyone is doing whatever they can to get stimulated. And here is where we enter with Officer Roseland.

Officer Roseland had a pretty cool idea with their latest album, Stimulus Package. And with that, you can head to a website they set up just for that and download it for free and get a buck for doing so. You can donate that buck to the Mr. Hollands Opus foundation or take that buck right to your PayPal.

One way or another, head to their myspace and check them out. I’d say even without the buck? You’re getting 11 tracks of aural stimulus.

    I got the email with the Album, but not the dollar I chose to "Take" (:
    Maybe the dollars will all be sent at once.

    I checked mine and have been regularly–still nothing… As I see it? Even if they don't give me the $1, I've got some free music.

    The music is alright. Alternative modern rock/punk-ish sounding. The $1 in your paypal isn't instant. My guess is they'll process all the payments at once of something.

    I just got my $1 a little earlier today… After PayPal fees it ended up being $.67, but it did come through… So I'd just give it more time…
