Freebies and free stuff

The free Nature Made Vitamins offer is back, which will go great with the freebie I just posted below. Actually, I like owning vitamins, but apparently I stink at remembering to take them. I have a shelf in my kitchen with enough vitamins to stave off scurvy for eight decades, minimum. Make that eight decades plus two weeks after this comes in the mail!

And I’m alive! It’s been almost a week since I’ve posted a freebie, but thankfully Adam held down the fort while I was gone. I snuck out of town for a mate’s wedding, my birthday bash, and a few nights out with my buddies that most likely subtracted many years from my life. But hey, what’s the point of living if you can’t have a little fun, no? My body is screaming at me to take it easy for a little while though. So, I think I’ll reward it for not falling apart recently by using this free 7-day Bally’s Total Fitness pass and beginning the process of getting back in shape.

Oh, the next contest will start later tonight too!

Just last week I could have sworn that I stepped outside in my down filled jacket and about three other layers, smiling into the 12 degree weather and now this morning? I sit here in a t-shirt, with only one jacket nearby, and my computer telling me its a beautiful 51 degress outside.

Despite this sudden betrayal of the groundhog and this fake spring, I hope that when these 4 free sachets of Malcolm’s Hot Cocoa actually arrive? That its once again cold. Then again, the first day that I had to scrape ice off my windshield, my coworkers were glaring evilly at my maniacal laughter…

Sorry folks, these cloths are all wiped out…

The medicine cabinet in my wife’s and my apartment is starting to get fairly full because it seems that all of the recent freebies we’ve been finding here around HIF have been for some cleaning product or health product or another. Why just add these free Glacial Cleansing cloths to that list there. Just another sort of cleaning cloth for makeup removal. I have a feeling this means I’m going to lose my spot for my deodorant in our medicine cabinet now…

My cubicle at work is fairly big. I was impressed that out of college I could get my own cubicle and also come in to work in t-shirt and jeans. Not exactly what 4 years of college–or 7 in my case–prepares you for. But, with the uniform classrooms I was prepared for the blandness of my cubicle’s walls.

That’s where these two free 17 x 22 Cesna prints come in handy. With these? I can feel like I’m a little closer to outside, even if I am in the middle of the building…

Well, we flushed this fish right down the drain… Dead now, folks…

I used to take fish oil every morning. Added to all of the vitamins and other supplements that I would take, well, I just decided that it was probably better that I took a few less pills.

However, with this $3 coupon and free Norwegian Gold Fish Oil sample, well, maybe it’ll convince me again… Free’s always a good convincer, right?

With as late at night as it is for me to be updating HIF, you could think that I could use a copy of this free Responsibility Guide. Not very responsible of me to wait so long to post anything, huh?

Well, uh. I don’t have as good of an excuse as Goob does. The big guy’s out celebrating his birthday in style, and me? I’m just trying to relax on a much deserved weekend… Guess I’d better get this guide too. And the cool thing? I can download it and watch the videos online while I’m waiting for it to come in the mail! Quick learning!

We’re trying to get better about posting freebies a day or two before they’re actually available in store, but this one we sort of have to post today. You see, Jack-in-the-Box is giving away free coupons today on a promotional site to take in to their stores on 2/10 for a free medium fry. So download and print it today, and take it in on Tuesday, and get yourself some free fries. All stores supposedly have 100 coupons there as well in case you forgot yours, but I wouldn’t bank on that one…

I wish that I could redeem this one. The only time I’ve been at a Jack-in-the-Box was back when we went to Texas to visit family in 2000, and I remember loving their menu variety and food. And I’ll never forget the size of their drinks. Buckets I tell you… BUCKETS!

Mashups are always fun and funny to listen to. One of my favorite ones by far has to be “Oh Baby, It’s an Arms Race” by The Silence Xperiment. Yup, Britney and Fall Out Boy.

Though, I can’t wait to really sit down and listen to this free Ziggy Stardust Remixed album. Ziggy Stardust is one of those phenomenal albums to begin with, so I can’t even imagine where they take it here…

Its sad that its the middle of the afternoon and we’re just now adding freebies to the front page. I’d say its a slow day and that we’re all backed up, but that just wouldn’t work.
