It seems that the freebies are coming to skin and bones, folks… We’re still finding them, but you know they’re getting bad if I’m resorting to posting something like this free mix tape from Urban Outfitters. I mean, just look at some of the band names: Vetiver, Mt. Saint Helens Vietnam Band, Deastro, Mayer Hawthorne, and Rainbow Arabia. If you’ve heard of them? Well then, please let me know, because I listen to a lot of weird stuff, but I don’t feel like telling my friends “Oh yeah, I’m jamming out to that new track by Polly Scattergood.” I draw the line at Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin. I didn’t watch the Super Bowl. I’ll be honest. I didn’t care about either team or the commercials. Why? Because in this internet age, I can just watch all of the commercials online.

This morning when I was taking a shower, I ran out of conditioner. It was a travesty that reminded me that I either need more conditioner asap (as in yesterday), or I need a haircut to tame this wild hairdo that I claim as my own.

That being said, I hope that by the time I get my haircut in the next week or two, I’ll already be about halfway there to getting this free Dove shampoo and conditioner sample. And I know it works because they keep offering it and just changing the link on us a little bit.

The freebies are a bit scarce today, but I did just find a code (D9P24G) for one free DVD rental at any Redbox location. I have three or four of these places within my general vicinity, so chances are you’ve got one nearby as well.
