In Store: Free Aveda Samples
If you’ve got an Aveda store near you, then make sure you go sign up for SELF magazine’s 2009 Challenge and then download the Aveda coupon on the second page, which gives you the following:
- Free Aroma Sensory Journey
- Free cup of comforting tea
- Free stress-relieving hand ritual
- Free stress-relieving neck and shoulder massage
- Free makeup finishing touch
- Plus one extra free Aveda sample
Hopefully they don’t give this to you all at once, because I think it’d be hard to drink a cup of tea while getting a shoulder massage. (edit: If you’re having trouble finding the coupon, you’re welcome.)
In addition, I updated our Birthday Freebies post to include yet another Aveda freebie. Seems if you sign up at least 28 days before your birthday, they’ll give you a free perfume or body care product worth up to $25. My birthday was back in February, but I just signed up Mr. Goob Freebies who just so happens to have a birthday in 29 days! What a coincidence!
I just called my local salon here and either they didn't know what I was talking about regarding this offer, or it's truely not free. :( Basically what I was told that you got free things (such as the ones listed on the coupon) when you purchased services or products from the salon. Boooooo.
