It seems that when you order ahead you can't use the code. Then when you go to pick it us there is a place to putl in the code, but then you have to choose the movie at that time. When I put in the code and then click on the "pick-up" choice it doesn't see that you put the code in. I have contacted Redbox, but they are still charging me.
