If I had known it was NATIONAL Toast Day, I could have stayed home from work. My calendar just said "Toast Day," so I didn't realize it was a federal holiday. Hmmm. Thursday is "Make Up Your Own Holiday Day," so maybe I can stretch it into a long weekend by turning Thursday AND Friday into National French Toast and Cinnamon Toast Days. Oh man.
