I just ordered my sample without a problem. When filling out the infomation, it asks for a birthdate. I put my birthdate. I'm sure the problem Shirley had was due to putting her child's birthdate instead of her own.
I filled out all the information as requested and the site refused to process request, because "of protection of children"! WHATS GOING ON?
