Coupons: Free Contacts

I first started wearing contacts a little over a decade ago after I accidentally dropped my glasses into the toilet for the millionth time. I’m proud to say I’ve yet to drop a single contact in there, although there have been a few close calls!

I’m still waiting on my enhanced contacts though. It’s almost 2010, yet we don’t have any that shoots lasers or even gives us X-ray vision? What are today’s scientists even doing? Oh well, if you have an eye exam coming up, you might want to print out a coupon for a pair of free Multi-Focus contacts or pair of free Acuvue Colors contacts (this second link seems to be down for the time being). They may not give you super powers, but I guess getting them for free is the next best thing.

Goob, I have to say I have been wearing glasses for 30 years now and have yet to drop them in the toilet. How on earth do you accomplish that? Mine usually fall fate to me absentmindedly placing them someplace stupid, like where I'm about to sit. Doh!

Can we choose what kind we'll get? I really like my Acuvue II with Hydraclear, I really hate the Oasys ones, though. Lasik is still a risk, though. Not much risk in contacts, other than dropping them in the toilet.

Noooo, although free is good, go ahead and spend the 2 grand and get the lasik surgery! It truly DOES give you superpowers!!! I had mine done on 10-04-01 @ 6:37pm (such a monumentous occasion, you'll remember the day and time forever). From 20/400 vision to 20/15 vision in less than 5 minutes - no more Velma episodes, crawling around on a floor looking for your glasses, no solutions and dry eyes from contacts...you will never, ever be sorry. BEST thing you'll ever do for yourself.
