Instore: Free Bic Pens @ Staples
If you head to Staples this week to get your free resumes and business cards, be sure to print out the $1 Bic coupon from Coupons.com and use it in conjunction with the $1 sales Staples is having from Sunday, May 3 through Saturday, May 9. According to the circular they’ll be releasing tomorrow, there will be a $1 sale on 12-packs of Bic Ultra Round Stic (sic) Grip pens.
Is it sad that I’m excited about free pens? There really can’t be anything healthy about that. I think I’ve been watching too much of “The Office” recently.

I used my coupons at Target today for these. They are only .93 there.
Hate to burst your bubble, but the coupon is good only on ball pens or gel products, not on the stick pens that are on sale at Staples.
I must be doing something wrong, the only Bic coupon I could find was for Wite-Out.
I downloaded the coupon and tried to use it at Staples in Dorchester, MA.
The store would not honor the coupon because the pens were on sale for $1.00.
Staples in North Haven CT refused to take coupon for the pens. The manger said that the coupon read “not to be combined with any other offer”. When I responded it was a manufacturer’s coupon and the $1 special was Staples he still refused. Wasn’t going to argue further for a buck. I needed the pens anyway.
Staples in San Jose, CA refused to take the coupon also saying it was not supposed to be combined with other offers. I warned them that they better clarify this with their staff since the coupon was all over the net. However, they were quite nice to me and agreed to honor both my coupons this time. I also pointed out that it was a mfgr’r coupon and they would be getting paid either way. A sweet smile and reassurance that I am a loyal Staples customer went a long way.
Great timing… I sat down to write a grocery list and found out all my pens were dried out. Unfortunately, the nearest Staples is an hour away. They would most likely not accept the coupon anyway.
I printed the coupon anyway and will check Walmart tomorrow – how much could a simple pack of pens cost?
I only see the white out coupon for bic. I guess they posted a new list of coupons yesterday.
My Staples (Renton WA) was perfectly happy to accept the coupon, but each time I tried to swipe my Staples Gift Card to pay for the 10 cents tax, the register kept saying I still owed $1.10. I finally handed the guy a dime and was done with it.
Couldn’t find the coupon for the $1 off bic pens on the coupons page. They did have one but it was for totally different bicpens. Could they have taken it out?
i’d realy likejust once, to realt get a free pen sample from somone. everytime i follow a “Free Pen” link, it always turns out to be a fake rip off link. you got any pens for me? lol! thanks for reading.
I USED MINE AT WALGREENS THEY HAD 8PKS 2/$1 WITH BONUS PENS MAKING THEM A 10PK… DIDN’T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS. DIDN’T FIND THE COUPONS ONLINE BUT DID FIND THEM IN THE SUNDAY PAPER! GOT A BUNCH OF THEM COUPONS FROM FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND GOT 20 PACKS FREE!!!!
