This free Poise sample pack contains:

  • 1 Poise Liner
  • 1 Poise Long Liner
  • 1 Poise Ultra Thin Pad
  • Informational Brochure
  • All in a discreet carrier!

Phew. Thank goodness this comes in a discreet carrier because the last thing I need the world to know is that I signed up for this.

Uh-oh. I think I’ve said too much.

Instore: Free Bic Pens @ Staples

If you head to Staples this week to get your free resumes and business cards, be sure to print out the $1 Bic coupon from Coupons.com and use it in conjunction with the $1 sales Staples is having from Sunday, May 3 through Saturday, May 9. According to the circular they’ll be releasing tomorrow, there will be a $1 sale on 12-packs of Bic Ultra Round Stic (sic) Grip pens.

Is it sad that I’m excited about free pens? There really can’t be anything healthy about that. I think I’ve been watching too much of “The Office” recently.

Instore: Free Red Mango

On Saturday, May 2, you can get a free Red Mango Tangomonium from noon-4pm. In case you can’t infer what this is from the name, Red Mango’s own site says it’s their “newest frozen yogurt that is as fun and exciting as it sounds.”

Yep. Fun and exciting. The best two adjectives to describe frozen yogurt.

Free KraftMaid Kitchen Idea Book

EDIT: Looks like this one is dead now. It didn’t even last a full day!

These free KraftMaid Kitchen Idea books pop up at the start of every month for a day or two, so I thought this time I’d sign up for one to see what all the fuss was about. Apparently it’s a book full of ideas if you happen to be making over your kitchen, but I plan on using it for my upcoming collage titled Goob & The Magical Unicorn Land. What? I heard girls liked guys who were into art.

Their site is crawling right now though. I left it loading in a tab and got it to accept my submission after about 5 minutes of loading.

Free Comic Book Day

Running along the rooftops, two figures can be seen chasing a man in a flowing cape…

Boy Adam: Quicker Goobman! Lord Undrallio’s getting away!
Goobman: I’m hastening, Boy Adam. We must cut him off at the pass and ensure that he cannot make it to free comic book day at his local comic shop tomorrow! Could you imagine the horror if he were to beat everyone there and steal all of the free books?

Two figures appear in front of the fleeing villain, stopping him in his tracks!

SuperShaynon: Sorry we’re late, Goobman, I hope we didn’t miss the party!
The Pink Frog: We Pink Ladies hasten as much as we can, but if its bad for us in these pantyhose, I can only imagine how bad it is for YOU guys!
Lord Undrallio: YES! PLEASE TAKE ME AWAY! The cape and evilness was the only salvation to this costumed compression!
Boy Adam: Well, I guess that’s a tight situation all tied up!

Our heroes guffaw joyously, but villains can only be captured for so long, as our heroes will find out in the next installment when this will all be continued!

Instore: Home Depot Workshops

Tomorrow is the first Saturday of the month, meaning Home Depot will be holding it’s monthly free Kids workshop. This month it looks like they’ll be building a wheelbarrow, which is just in time for putting them to work weeding the garden this summer!

The workshop is available to kids 5-12 and runs from 9am-noon. Call your local store to reserve a space.

Free Resumes & Business Cards @ Staples

Not to be outdone by Office Depot’s similar offer, Staples is now upping the ante and giving away 20 free resume copies plus 40 free business cards through June 13th. I think this is a fantastic promotion, however there’s no way I’m stepping foot in their store. Every time I do, I come out with an arm full of stuff I don’t need. It starts out innocently enough with buying some printing paper and before I know it, I’m buying an industrial strength shredder strong enough to destroy a small Volvo.

Actually, that sounds kind of cool. I should head over to Staples and see if they have one…

No! See, it’s starting already!

Coupons: Free Contacts

I first started wearing contacts a little over a decade ago after I accidentally dropped my glasses into the toilet for the millionth time. I’m proud to say I’ve yet to drop a single contact in there, although there have been a few close calls!

I’m still waiting on my enhanced contacts though. It’s almost 2010, yet we don’t have any that shoots lasers or even gives us X-ray vision? What are today’s scientists even doing? Oh well, if you have an eye exam coming up, you might want to print out a coupon for a pair of free Multi-Focus contacts or pair of free Acuvue Colors contacts (this second link seems to be down for the time being). They may not give you super powers, but I guess getting them for free is the next best thing.

Coupon: Free Seattle’s Best Coffee @ Borders

Here’s a coupon good for one free Seattle’s Best coffee at any Borders bookstore. I’ve always said books and coffee go together like peanut butter and jelly. Just try not to get the two pairs confused. I once made a peanut butter and book sandwich one frantic afternoon and that was easily the third worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten.
