Free Murad Active Radiance Serum

EDIT: Ok, now this is dead.

EDIT: Everybody in the comments says this is dead, but it’s still working for me. Try to copy & paste the link directly: murad.com/elle2

Have you ever had one of those weekends where you did absolutely nothing for 48 hours straight and then when you got up to go to bed Sunday night, there was a Goob-shaped imprint on the couch? Yeah, that was me this past weekend. I was a few microwavable meals and a bedpan away from never moving a muscle all weekend. I wonder if this free Murad Active Radiance Serum can help me get rid of this pasty complexion I developed.

Oh and if your imprint really is Goob-shaped, please let me know, because that means you’re probably my long-lost evil twin. If there’s anything Hollywood has taught me, it’s that we have to fight to the death.

Random Coupons #16

Hope everyone has a great Memorial Day weekend! Federal holidays are always bittersweet because there’s no mail, and therefore no freebies. For those days, you just might have to get your freebie fix by grabbing a burger off your neighbor’s grill when he’s not looking. (I’ve found that dressing up like a stray dog is a great disguise.) Of course, a slightly more reasonable option is to just settle for this weekend’s sales and coupons.

Free Gillette Anti-Perspirant Deodorant

The Sporting News is holding a sweepstakes to give away prints of classic baseball photos, but they’re also giving away free Gillette Anti-Perspirant deodorant to anybody who enters. Just don’t mix the two up if you happen to win. There’s nothing worse than paper cuts in your armpits.

Free CBS Watch Magazine Subscription

I take it that this free CBS Watch magazine subscription is like TV Guide but limited to CBS shows only? At this rate, each show will have its own magazine by Autumn. Half the Amazon will have to be cut down just to produce all of the CSI editions alone.

Instore: Free Apple Summer Workshops

If you’re still scrambling to come up with ideas for occupying the munchkins this summer, you might want to check out these free Apple Summer Workshops for kids 8-12. Apple Stores across the country will be providing kids with computers, digital cameras, and camcorders to help them create and produce digital masterpieces, such as slideshows, movies, and songs. They have a Camp Permission Statement with some additional fine print, but it sounds like a pretty cool activity to me. Then again, I’m a 26 year old who still plays with Legos, so I may not be on the cutting edge of what’s cool these days.

Instore: Lowes Build & Grow Clinic

There’s another free Lowes Build & Grow clinic for kids tomorrow at 10am. This time it looks like they’ll be building a Ready 2 Go kit, which…what the heck is that? Is it like a bug-out bag? If so, I guess that’s not such a bad idea.

In fact, let me make a few suggestions as to what important items should go in a person’s BOB. *rummages through his bag* Let’s see, flashlight, sleeping bag, book of ghost stories, smores ingredients, can of shaving cream…

Hmmm. On second thought, this looks more life a sleep-over bag. I don’t think there’s any way I’ll be surviving a major disaster.

Free Lactaid Dietary Supplement

Sam’s Club is giving away free Lactaid Dietary supplements right now, but you better sign up fast as their offers have been dying at a breakneck pace recently. Half of the time I wonder if they’ll still be available by the time I hit “the publish” button.

A freebie from Sam’s Club is kinda like a zombie. You wish it was alive, but every time you run into one, it tries to eat your brains. Or…something like that. I’m still working on this metaphor.

Coupon: Free Mars Chocolate Candy

I’m just going to start copy & pasting this free Mars chocolate candy coupon offer each Friday. In case you happened to miss the two previous offers, simply be one of the first 100,000 people to sign up on their site today and Mars will send you a coupon for free chocolate. *mmmmmm*

Oh man, I’m drooling again! It happens every time I say free chocolaaa… Ah, haha brain! Nice try, but you can’t fool me twice.

Free Glad ForceFlex Trash Bags

EDIT: These Sam’s Club offers get Hiffed awfully fast, don’t they?

These free Glad ForceFlex trash bags from Sam’s Club are fantastic at not breaking while you stuff them full of all the dirty dishes your roommate left in the sink. The bags even mask the smell long enough for you to carry them into his room and scatter said dishes all over the floor!

Or I guess you could just put trash in them. Whatever floats your boat.

As usual, you don’t have to be a Sam’s Club member in order to get their freebies.

Free Toby the Train Coloring Book

With summer just around the corner, this free Toby the Train coloring book from Norfolk Southern might come in handy for keeping the little ones occupied for a few hours. Of course, by little ones, I mean me. Sure, I still haven’t mastered the art of coloring inside the lines, but I have learned not to eat the crayons. Progress!
