Free Sennheiser Hat

EDIT: See, I told you this wouldn’t last too long!

Something tells me that this free Sennheiser hat won’t last for very long, so you should sign up pronto if you want one. It’s almost as if I have a sixth sense for judging the lifespan of freebies. Just toss it up to being yet another of my many superhero powers.

Free Dogswell Dog Food

EDIT: This offer is no longer available.

While filling out the form for this free Dogswell dog food, did anybody else get stumped by the question asking about their pet’s DOB? I have no idea when my dog was born. I can hardly even remember my own birthday. I think it was sometime in 2005. Maybe January?

Wait, am I talking about my dog or me? Great, now I have to go find my birth certificate again.

Free Taster’s Choice Coffee

I’ve got to admit, the website for this free Taster’s Choice coffee pouches offer is pretty slick. Of course, I couldn’t figure out how to work it prior to drinking a full mug of coffee this morning. I sat here clicking the logo and little pack of coffee for ten minutes before I saw the “try it on us” button.

Man, I really hope Darwin’s theory of natural selection is wrong.

Coupon: Free Hormel Meal (Military Only)

This coupon for a free Hormel microwave meal is valid at Military Commissaries only, which means I’m now considering enlisting just for the coupon. I always make sound, rationale decisions while hungry, wouldn’t you say?

Free Redbox Rental Code

Today’s free Redbox rental code is out (6A43JK), but it also comes with a bit of bad news. Redbox recently announced that the free weekly codes are going to stop soon and instead we’re going to start getting codes once a month. Now if you don’t mind, please join me in sending a collective boooooooooo to Redbox.

If you’re new to Redbox, check out the Redbox Explanation Guide that covers all the basics of how to use the free rental codes as well as some personal tips & tricks I’ve discovered to help maximize your freebie movies.

Wanted: Your Questions

Adam and I have been kicking around the idea to do a freebie-related radio show at Blog Talk Radio for a while now, but we never could get a good time to do it regularly. So for now, I’m going to go at it alone and will host the first episode sometime next week.

Seeing as how I get dozens of the same e-mails every day with pretty much the same questions, I’ve decided to answer as many of them as possible during the first show. So if you have any particular questions you’d like answered, send them in and chances are I’ll probably cover them.

Mother’s Day Freebies

Unless otherwise noted, all of the freebies below are available on Sunday, May 10 (Mother’s Day!). As always, be sure to call ahead to your local store to make sure they’re participating in the freebies.

And of course, if you know of any that I missed, please leave a comment!

Bob Evans – Print out this coupon and get a free slice of pie after 4pm.

Champps – Moms get a free entree with the purchase of an equally valued entree.

El Pollo Loco – In a fabulous PR move, they are offering to honor the KFC coupon that many of us printed but were unable to use thanks to KFC not being prepared to meet the demand. Here’s to El Pollo Loco stepping in to fill the free chicken void in our lives.

Ikea – Moms can get a free small breakfast and coffee. No word on whether or not you can eat it while lounging on some of the furniture.

Kodak – First off, shipping is not included in this offer, but if you use the code FREECARD, you can get a free custom photo card worth up to $2.49.

Michael’s Kids’ Workshop On Saturday, there’s a Make it for Mom Bead Event (pretty self-explanatory) while on Sunday, they have a Decorate a Cookie with Mom event. Both are from 1-4pm. (thanks Scoring Deals!)

Outback Steakhouse – Bring “mum” in and she can get a free $10 gift certificate good for her next visit.

Smokey Bones – Moms get a free meal (up to $20) with the purchase of an equally valued meal.

TCBY – They’re offering a free cup or cone of yogurt to all moms!

T.G.I. Friday’s – With the purchase of an entree, mom’s get a free mom-sized (what the heck is that?) Brownie Obsession or Spiced Up Cupcake.

Texas de Brazil (warning: their website auto-plays some amazing eurodance techno music. Do not go there if you are prone to outbursts of dancing and/or raving) – Here’s a coupon good for up to two free entrees with the purchase of two regular sized dinners.

Texas Land & Cattle – Mom’s can get a coupon good for one free entree (up to $15), which can be redeemed during their next visit.

Instore: Lowe’s Build & Grow

I recently wrote about Home Depot’s free workshops for children where they can build things to take home with them. Well it turns out that Lowe’s offers a free Build & Grow clinic as well! Register to bring your child in tomorrow (Saturday, May 9) to build a free flower planter, which can double as a cool Mother’s Day gift.

This brings back some fond memories for me. I used to try and build things all the time as a kid, except without any adult supervision, proper tools, or safety precautions. It’s no wonder that I’m now in the Guinness Book of World Records for the person with the most tetanus shots!

Free Always Clean Pads

I spent five minutes trying to click the bubbles on this free Always Clean pads site before I realized you couldn’t interact with them. This is a prime example of why I never try to trick my cat with a flashlight or laser pointer. It’s almost a certainty that she’d figure out a way to flip the tables on me and have me running around the house chasing her ball of yarn.

Free Curamin Supplement

This free Curamin dietary supplement has both curcuminoids and Boswellia, so you know it’s gonna be good!

I actually read that last ingredient as “boll weevils” and thought to myself, “well, that’s one way to lose some weight.” I know, it’s shocking that I’m not a licensed doctor.
