any one out there really feel that they are scammers?

im,sitting here reading your comments and i cant amagine being taken advantage of.im trying to get a free shirt also.well i hope i get one but dont want to hold my breath,as long as some of you been waiting,its is rediculouse.maybe these people are fake,thats what it sounds like to me.

Dear Rydergal, We are not out of tshirts. You must send in a story about your experience with Tribe Hummus, and IF YOUR STORY IS CHOSEN, then you might win a tshirt. It's a contest, and only a few are chosen each week. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

Funny, they tell you they're out of shirts, but then leave the page up on their website...as of 9:52 CDT 6/11/09, you can still "tell a Tribal story and qualify for a free t-shirt". I hate companies that are wishy washy with their freebies. If you're out, stop advertising it. If you're not out, then stop trying to suppress outsiders from spreading the word. The internet allows you to promote your products (including offering freebies, if you choose) to more and more people every day, but at the same time also allows those same people to communicate with each other about your promotions...and freebies. You should expect, and even encourage, the word to get out!

I, too have filled out the form for a free T-Shirt after telling my Hummus Story. I really hope to get this shirt as well. Actually, I HAVE gotten free T-shirts from 3-Com, Bacardi Silver, A veternary Horse T-Shirt, and a couple of others in the last year or so. I really think that being really quick to respond to these offers are the best way to be insured to get one. Good Luck to everyone that has applied to get a T-Shirt!

I have been putting in for t-shirts for at least 8 mos. now and have not gotten one yet but I may be getting a fender shirt because I actually called the company to give the online code,I also have not received any hats or any apparel like that,I don't really seem to get too much stuff that doesn't come from wal-mart!

This is probably not worth it then.

I have sent for many t-shirts in the past and I too have never recieved one. I hope I get this one. Has anyone ever recieved a free shirt? Ever?

At least some people can aleast they get through. No matter what I get sent to me Its free I can't get through

I sent in my story and after submitting the application, it said Thank you for you opinion, but no mention of a shirt... I will sit here and eat hummus while waiting for my shirt..maybe I should have ordered a bigger size!!! Adam nice to see you again..was wonderig what happened to you.

CMG - I said the same thing. I bet we dont get one :( I hate signing up for stuff and not getting it. Especially the good stuff like cups and books, ect.

I had no story but said I loved the stuff.. Hopeful they will take pity and send one?...

I applied for 3 shirts. If I get 'em I'll probably just use them to sleep in. :)

My story might qualify me: The first time I tried hummus, I got salmonella poisoning. (I won't mention where or when, other then to say that one shouldn't purchase such a food from an outside vendor in 90* weather) Unless of course, you enjoy diarrhea. ;)

I made up this great story too! Its so easy to let your imagination run wild to get something that you want. I WANT IT !!!

I put a (fake) story about how my (fake) boss tried their hummus and landed me my (fake) promotion! (: I hope I get oneeeeee. Actually, it's sad that I want one so badly. But I do.

Hummus is one of the oldest foods dating back to ancient Egypt. It's a dip/spread made out of chickpeas. It's one of those things that either you will love it or hate it.

Hummus is pretty good. It's like a dip but not quite(hard to describe) It's good on bagel chips. Anyway, I hope the t-shirt comes as it seems the BF goes through them like crazy, plus it's a good marketing stragety.

I never had it either, but I heard it's simply amazing. It seems like it's a spread or a dip that you eat on bread or crackers....

I know what you mean... I was really looking forward to one that you have to put in water so it would expand to it's actual size, but it never came.... :-( I really hope this one comes, eventhough I have stacks of clothes all over in my closets because I have no more room..LOL

You don't automatically get a shirt. You "qualify" for one! :)
