Free Regal Family Film Festivals
If you have kids, then pray you also have some Regal theatres (stupid spelling) nearby so that you can partake in their Free Family Film Festival. For nine weeks, G & PG movies will play at 10am each Tuesday and Wednesday for free on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some of the states I looked at are having their first batch of films tomorrow, but others don’t start until next week or even the next.
Unfortunately, I don’t see any Pixar movies listed. If I was only able to watch one company’s movies for the rest of my life … well let’s just say I’m glad I already got to see Saving Private Ryan. Although, I wonder what that would look like animated! Heck, they’ve already got Tom Hanks’ voice!
The Regal in Waterford is also doing them on Thursdays
This is not the only company doing this, check your local movie theater.
We have three Regals in our area. They are all participating and one has also added Thursdays, like in Summer’s area.
Man, sometimes it sucks to live in the boonies. No movie theaters…no matter how you spell it.

Doors at ours open at 9:15am. I hope you have a patient child, or a real knack for entertaining them during long waits.
Last summer, here in Tallahassee, the line had already formed at 9am. What a fiasco!
Theatres is the English/Canadian spelling–kinda classy!
I know we don’t have AMC theaters (how bad is that?) as for Regal? I haven’t found them yet. Any others?? Thanks, you do a great job.
