Free Kids Bowling @ AMF
People have been sending me this link for free kids bowling at AMF for the past few weeks now, but I kept filing away the emails because I thought I’d already posted it. Whoops. Anyway, register on the site and you’ll get a pass that allows children under the age of 15 to get two free games of bowling every day before 5pm throughout the summer. You have to pay for shoe rentals, but some people emailing me said they’ve used the pass so many times already that they just went ahead and bought a pair of shoes.
Well I viewed that as a challenge and am now the proud owner of a bowling alley! All it cost me was every penny I had plus a loan that’s certain to cripple me for the next few decades, but I think it’s more than worth it. I probably won’t even get bored of bowling until August!
I just wanted to add that they also offer a Family Pass that allows up to four individuals over 15 to participate in the two games per day for one payment of $23.95.
How disappointing – there are no AMF bowling centers in my area (Johnson City, Tennessee)! Also just want to do a SHOUT OUT to all Tennessee residents!
If you have your own shoes, do you have to pay a shoe rental fee?
Well, excellent! I hope your bowling alley has the automatic scoring system because I can never figure it out. And I’d like an order of cheese fries, please.
This has got to be my favorite freebie, my kids have thier own shoes so the whole thing is free. I dont like to bowl so I bring a magazine or book and enjoy 2 hours of freedom. Needless to say we go everyday.
