Free Glidden Paint
Comcast, in their infinite wisdom, decided to do me a favor and kill my internet all day. Because hey, who needs the Internet when you blog about things found on the web? … Hopefully most of you remembered that this free Glidden paint offer was today. I’m not sure if it’ll still be up tomorrow, but I guess we’ll find out soon enough!
everyone remembered, either called the 1800glidden number or actually got through to the site, it was down all day till recently..those who couldnt log on, called and got it…so goob sweety, your job still was done. we all got our free stuff, thankyou!
i know for a fact that noone in my family had requested free quart, but i cannot get one! *pout*
Our newspaper today said the promotion runs June 25th thru July 2nd, or until supplies run out. So hopefully it will be up for a bit still.

I got it! It really WAS hard to pick a color…they have so many delicious ones! (not edibly delicious of course)
color was easy for me……I’m going to be a grandmother, so I picked sweet baby girl pink for the nursery! ummmmmmmm, different family members are all getting the same color. I’ll have about 2 gallons of this sweet baby girl pink!!!! : )

Boy, they’re not kidding about looking at the color samples at Home Depot first. The colors on my monitor weren’t very accurate. It took me a few tries to get through, but I did get the confirmatory e-mail.
I applied for my free paint today – I ordered a pretty daffodil yellow for my kitchen – I still am wondering if they send a coupon because I don’t think you can send paint through the mail, can you? Either way, I’m looking forward to receiving my free paint!

Did those who signed up online get a confirmation email? I haven’t yet. So I tried to sign up again, and it says one per household. So does that mean my request went through? I’d be very sad if I missed out on this freebie. Thanks!
I got a confirmation e-mail. You might want to go to the Glidden display at Home Depot to pick your color. The colors on my monitor looked a lot different from the color chips.
i wonder…are they actually going to send you a quart, or a coupon for a quart? i didn’t know you could send paint in the mail.
Apparently 11pm on a Friday is a good time to order. I had no problems with their site at all.
Thanks…I have enough paint coming to paint the town…plus a few smaller third world countries…only the insides though, its interior eggshell. Also, wanted to say thanks for all the T-shirt freebies posted recently, They are starting to roll in too!
I was able to order 3 quarts with others’ addresses, so I’m pretty excited!
Regarding #2: Are you my neighbor? I put in their address with my husband’s name. Our mailboxes are right next to eachother on the road so I’m hoping to snag the extra paint before they check their mail!
They’re giving away the free paint until July 14th or something like that. And I already requested three different ones =]
It’s dead today. I thought eggshell was the only color available so I just clicked a color. I’m going to be surprsed when I get mine to find out what color I get. Thanks for the great posts!

Actually Goob, or whoever posted this since your name is missing from the “posted by” section, I’m glad you were forced to take a day off. My Internet connection wasn’t working for a couple days either, so I would have missed out on anything you may have posted. I’m guessing that two solid weeks of rain may have affected the cables in my area.
Looks like the Glidden offer reached its max. The site now offers a $5 rebate on the purchase of any can of Glidden paint. But no more freebies.

I have to say that this was the coolest freebie ever. I got my paint today and my fiance was in shock. He couldn’t believe I got this as a freebie. I am a freebie queen!! I get all kinds of free stuff every day in the mail, Thank you sooooo much and I tell all my friends about this site and all the stufff they could be getting, You rock!!
Received mine today and my mother, who lives in another state, received “1 of my others” today too!! Can’t believe they actually sent a quart of paint!

I got 2 quarts of the paint I ordered yesterday and today! Yay! Still waiting on the one I sent to my sister. Now I can finish the odds and ends in my girls play room!!!

I got 2 quarts of Cherries Jubilee on Saturday. I don’t have anything to paint but if I every have to paint something I’ll be prepared.
