Coupon: Free Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Cone

DoSomething.org is giving away coupons for a free Baskin Robbins soft serve cone that’s good from today until July 17th. Now, this coupon looks to be a thank you to people who did some volunteer work, so print this out at your own karmic risk. Heck, maybe just print out two or three and hand the extras to strangers who look to be having a bad day. That’s got to even things out, no?

EDIT: Just before I printed this, I noticed the fine print says this is good only for people ages 13-25. Dang it, I missed the cut off by one year! *shakes fist at Mother Nature* Anyway, thought I’d point out that slightly important detail.

thx youre the best and just FYI to everyone, they honored the coupon even though they said they did not serve soft serve and then noticed the age. i would suggest making sure to cut out the coupon so that the age disclaimer is not visible

Seems to be age discrimination. Take it in and tell them you want free ice cream. If they say you are too old remind them that age discrimination is a felony!

Its not age discrimination when this is supposed to reward teens who join the organization and volunteer to help their community. I think its pretty lowbrow for you all to take advantage of an organization who is trying to do the right thing – to the point where this isn’t an appropriate post for the HIF website in the first place. If a bunch of free-loading adults take advantage, the organization (www.dosomething.org) and the sponsor (Baskin Robbins) are much less likely to try something similar in the future.

Here is a trick I use a lot, lie.
Lie about your age. Since you’re already using a coupon that is possibly to thank some volunteers (which we are not), might as well lie too. See you all in hell! haha

Yeah, I doubt they’d actually ask for ID’s. Unless of course you really don’t look 13-25. Maybe if you look like you’re 40, they’ll just say they don’t accept these coupons.

My baskiin robins accepted mine yesterday, and I didn’t even have to pay sales tax!
