Coupons: Free Cheerios, Water, & More

CVS is selling Honey Nut Cheerios cups for $1 this week, which is $1 more than I enjoy paying. However, throw in this free printable $1 off Cheerios coupon and voila, they’re free! (IE link & FF link)

Also, if you’re heading to Walmart anytime soon, you might want to consider printing out three coupons:

Here’s a $1 off coupon and then pick up a 6-pack of Nestle Pure Life Water, which most Walmarts are selling for $0.99.
Next we’ve got a $1 off coupon for Vaseline, which can net you a free Vaseline Aloe Fresh trial size since they’re currently priced at $0.97.
And finally there’s this $1 off coupon for Cottonelle. Walmart has their 4-pack on sale for $1, so it’s yet another free after coupon deal.

Of course, none of these deals are worthy of making a trip to the store specifically for them. But if you plan on shopping at either store within the next few days, why not snag a freebie or two? And heck, while you’re there, I’m out of fruit and contact solution. Just saying.

The Cottonelle coupon that came up for me was only for 50 cents. Good thing I got that full roll of FREE Scott TP yesterday. It beat the 10 squares I got from Charmin a few months ago.

I would love to print the TP coupon but unfortunatly our area Walmart deceided they would no longer accept online coupons anymore:( claiming to many people copy more than their share.

Yep several walmarts nation wide have stopped taking printable coupons, i suggest calling first to find out if the one near you takes them and a heads up statewide in georgia they are not accepting them anymore.

Here in AZ I have found that if the item is priced under the $1 coupon, Walmart will not take the $1 coupon. If item costs 97 cents, It will not ring up an item priced at $1. They still take internet printed coupons, but get very rude about any and all coupons most of the time anyway.

Tried to install coupon printer but couldn’t…wanted the cottoneel and yoplait coupons. Is there an alternate solution?

CVS is, indeed, selling Honey Nut Cheerios Cups at (10) 1.3 – 1.8 oz cups for $10. That is actually a ridiculous price when you think of it. If I buy (10) 1.8 oz. cups for $10 I’m really paying $10 for only 18 oz. of cereal, a terrible “bargain”. Goob’s coupon for $1 off one cup is the way to go. Hopefully they don’t tell you that you have to purchase 10 cups.

Went to Wal-mart yesterday. The toilet paper was like 2.00, so I skipped on that one, They only had full size of aloe vera vaseline lotion, so skipped on that one, and I couldn’t find the $1 water in the regular section, but I found one misplaced on a shelf, so I got that. But I did buy a 3.5 lb. bag of cat food and a 4 lb. bag of dog food to donate to the animal shelter, Thanks to goob for giving me the idea. Plus, purina has a coupon out for $3.50 off any dog or cat food. Dog=4.68 Cat=4.00, So with all my coupons, my purchase for 1 bag of dog food, 1 bag of cat food, and a 6-pack of water was…drumroll please!! $2.16!!! Not too shabby! Anyone looking for the purina coupons, search google, I think they were on the purina website but I don’t know.

To get the $1.00 Cottonelle coupon, you have to create a “pledge.” It doesn’t require you to sign up for anything; it’s just kind of stupid. You type a pledge, pick a photo, add a cartoon, pick a border color, and add your e-mail address. Then you can finally “preview and submit” your pledge and THEN it gives you the option to print the $1.00 off coupon. Kind of a pain in the “behind,” but if you want the coupon……

WALMART is the EVIl EMPIRE! Had the Cottonelle coupon (only $0.50, but figured Icould pay the other half – BUT there were no 4 packs in the store.

Then found the water only to find out at the register that they won’t accept the on line coupon. Funny, there were no signs anywhere stating that.

I haven’t been to WALMART in many years. Went in today to get the deals and now know why I won’t go back – even if the item is “supposed” to be free!

Got the vaseline and water deals, but wal-mart did not have the 4 pack of cottonelle. They stopped carrying it. Thanks for the heads up on these great deals!

I can never get this coupon printer to work. I’m not willing to use my ink on q’s that might not be accepted at a store anyway.

I haven’t seen the Cheerios coupon, but often a q. will only be good for a certain size of product. Be sure to check it out before printing.

Thanks for the Cheerios coupon (one is for $1 off Honey nut- no size specified, the other coupon is for $1 off two honey nut- no size specified). If you hit the back button it will let you print it a second time.
