FYI: you have to enter your company’s name or you won’t get the sample pack of gloves. “Home” doesn’t count.

When I use “Cardinal” as the distributor, it does NOT work.

i used “home” as comapny name & “atlanta” as distributor & it worked. i tried to use cardinal, but would not accept it.

Yeh, My hospital uses Cardinal, works for me! With the flu season coming, it wouldn’t be I bad idea if everyone had some gloves. How about a free offer for some N95 respirator masks?

I could not get this. It asked for a distributor name, I looked up distributors for thier gloves and used them and still would not work.
