EDIT 2: Wow, their site still isn’t back up. You know you’re in bad shape when your company’s IT guy is worse than me. Looks like this might be dead for good.

Soy Crisps is giving away free Cheating with Chocolate samples, but their site seems to be crawling right now. It took a minute to load the page, but by then I’d grown bored and opened up three new pages. When I finally got back to Soy Crisps’ site, I had no idea what the freebie was for. Long story short, my attention span is…

Must be serious problems with website. Tried to get in through Goob’s link, no go. Then tried where Goob had “here” which led to a food blog site. But there were links there, but they didn’t work either!
Must be overload at Sensible Portions!

Don’t blame Goob. I check another site that is listed under “cool sites” on this web page. They had the same offer and the same thing happened. “No web site is configured at this address.”

I think we Hiffed it, especially when you consider their server was already strained before I posted this. The configure error we are getting is a default reset message whenever a server goes down.

I’d expect the site to be back up by the end of today.

lol thats funny, we used to do that on the radio by broadcasting a business’s web page, 10,000 people would click all at once and crash it

I’m not sure who posted this information about the free samples but unfortunately it is not accurate as this was an old promotion that was created for a small controlled audience. We have an internet investigator looking into who tampered with our web site this weekend and we intend on finding out if this was done intentionally with the intent to bring down our site by bombarding our server.
