JCPenny seems to be doing a lot recently… From adding a store a few blocks down from the flagship Herald’s Square Macy’s to giving away this free tank top? I don’t know what they’ll do next.
I’m assured, however, that it won’t be put a man on the moon. Or so my sources tell me…
[I've been getting mixed reports with this one and the submission page. Some people say it works, others have had issues with it. For me, I think it went in alright, but I'm just not sure, so I'm putting it here so you can try your luck!]
I had no problems with site or registration, but it says item is out of stock.
I just tried this and they are out of stock and no longer carrying it.

They wanted my credit card number for the free item, so I did NOT request it.
That’s strange….they didn’t ask for my card number. However….”out of stock”.
It worked fine for me.
I ordered mine yesterday, got the confirmation email saying it would be delivered in 4 to 7 business days. Apparently they only about 15, 000 to give away….
I just tried it and they are out of stock/no longer available.

Well, I’ll be one of the ‘mixed reports’ because this afternoon I went and tried even though many said it wasn’t available and I was able to get one. So that is strange!

It did let me go thru the motions of getting one and at the end I found out it wasn’t available. I apologize as I was thinking it let me get one. I wrote that right after I woke up. I’m so sorry!
Does anyone know if you have to pay shipping handling for this?
I did this and although it did say that it’s on backorder until August 30, I did receive a confirmation email saying it’d ship as soon as they restocked.
I got the confirmation today that it will be shipped the 30th of August. I ordered it Saturday, the 2nd.
It was a great offer out of stock,but sent an e-mail confirming my order it said will be shipped by Aug. 30.
I tried yesterday, and was sent an e-mail, stating they would be sending more after they ran out, as of the 30Th. I ordered 4 by accident, and my e-mail showed all 4 would be sent. We’ll see!

Just out of curiosity, I went to the site and ordered one a few minutes ago. It said they were out of stock but I kept “continuing” on to the next step. It never asked for a credit card and I received an email saying they would be sent……I guess we’ll see if they are or not.

I myself have tried several times to obtain this freebie, but i haven;t been able to.
Hope it works this time because there is no mention of shipping on any of the sites that this is posted on.
I recieved my free tank top in the mail the other day, earlier than what the website said beings it was suppose to be back ordered until aug 31st. I did not pay any shipping charges
I got my shirt today.
Got mine…no shipping costs…grateful for that…would not be worth it. Very cheaply made. Can only use it for a nightshirt!
