Free DentaBurst Teeth Cleaner
As somebody who is hours away from getting a few cavities filled, the last thing in the world that I want to think about is “dentist + something bursting,” so I’ll take a rain check on this free DentaBurst Teeth Cleaner.
Great, now my heart is racing, I’m sweating bullets, and I’ve still got three hours until I go in. I doubt I’ll get any laughing gas either, so I better numb up the old fashion way – to the whiskey cabinet!
Just for the record, the darn thing wouldn’t work for me in Firefox. I had to fire up another browser.

It doesn’t seem to like the auto-fill name information. I had to go to Fire Fox and manually type in my name and address into a clean form.
Just got an e-mail, out of samples, issued a $3 coupon instead.
I just got the “your sample is in the mail” message. I had to open the link in IE.
I filled out all the blanks and hit submit and it keeps saying “You must fill out all the areas marked with and asterisk.” and I keep sayiing “I DID you jerk!”
Needless to say, I never was able to submit my request.
I got the “fill out all areas with an* ” also.
Very frustrating
Sometimes if you don’t accept the cookies, your form entries don’t register. Check your security settings.
I try to submit but it won’t let me. So I guess its not free

wont let me fill form in,it says disable autofill,but I typed it all out myself so dont know what that means
I tried again today, there were a few more fields to fill out.
It Worked!
It worked easy as pie for me on Firefox with autofill and all.
I filled it out using Safari and it was easy but no autofill still no big deal.
