You have to mis it with HOT milk and wait for the tablets to dissolve while using a wooden whisk to make lots of foam....mmm.... childhood memories..... Anyway, I guess the powder is more convenient and you could use your blender to get the same result..... She desolves two tables with about 8 cups of milk and YUMMY it tastes so good. They are mostly sold in Mexican stores. It's chocolate, but with a different taste to it. It's so delicious. You melt the tablets in milk just to scalding, it won't work with hot water. It's rich and delicious. It does come in a syrup form now, just like Nestle's, and is great on ice cream.
