Coupon: Free Hot Beverage at 7-11

EDIT: They’ve pulled the coupon down, so YMMV if you printed it beforehand.

This coupon for a free 12 oz. coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, or tea at 7/11 doesn’t expire until 10/31. Regrettably, you have to go to the store to cash in on this offer. Well to heck with that! It’s mid-October now, which means my self-imposed hibernation has kicked in. I hate the cold weather so much that I refuse to leave my house from now until late March. It’s a strict regimen but on the bright side it makes me enough of a bear to give me that okay to roar at anything in sight. My dogs usually get used to it by January.

When I first clicked it, it said Drawing Error. I hit OK. Then the PDF file was blank, but I noticed in the left bottom corner it had a yellow bubble message thing (meaning another page) so I clicked it and there was the coupon to print!

I’m having the same problem, ‘Drawing Error’

  6. #6 CouponQueen |

Just like Rose said. You need to click the yellow msg bubble AFTER you click ok.

HI, Warning: I just printed out the coupon and went up there to redeem it and clerk would not take it after we poured the drink. I printed it out black and white and clerk thought it was a photocopy. We don’t have color ink and now you know to beware.

I printed it on a black and white printer and realized that there is no way the store will take this – I have to go to the color printer

I keep getting the Drawing Error Message too and tried several times.

I printed this out in color and they wouldnt take it either? Ah well. Guess it was a mailed out coupon, the clerk said, and they will not take print outs or copies.

  14. #14 Goob |

Huh, that’s weird. The coupon is on their own freaking site! The711Club.com.

I printed the coupon (black and white) yesterday and got my free coffee that same night. The clerk had to call someone to check first but after a few minutes said he would take it. He said nothing about it being black and white vs. color. Checking on the same link today, it’s not working anymore.

Maybe you have to play their game to win it. I tried a couple times, but I was really bad at it. :( I just was no good at the dancing.

When I tried to redeem it, the cashier said teat there was a memo sent out yesterday saying they only take the original coupons. It was rather embarassing! But I told him it was on thier website and gave them the website info, and thats when he told me that it must be something mailed out because they dont do printed out coupons. SO i guess it all depends on your area maybe? My 7-11 must be cheap-os, i mean seriously what does a cup of coffee cost to make? like 5 cents? :)

I get “page not found” when I click on it today (as well as when I tried yesterday). Where is the coupon on the711club.com?

  19. #19 Allison |

I just used mine. Cashier took it and scanned it but I still owed 21 cents. I didn’t ask why, 21 cents is cheap enough for me!

  20. #20 Dulcy Dutrow |

I’m getting a message that says it can’t be found on server. Looks like others are having trouble printing too.

This is obviously a decision made AFTER they realized just how many people were going to print and utilize these coupons each day. It is absolutely ridiculous for a company to put out a coupon (good through the end of the month) and then take it off their site 15 days before it’s set to expire. We were able to use one of our printed coupons the day before yesterday and I used one yesterday morning, but then last night when my partner tried to use hers, she was told that the manager informed them not to accept the printed version, because it wasn’t original. That was before we knew they took the coupon down off the internet, and we argued with the cashier about the fact that printing a coupon from online IS original. Dumbass 7-11.

I tried it at two different 7-11 and they wouldnt take it. I printed in color and black and white, NO GO. My co-worker was able to get her’s no problem, but not me. I mentioned the website and the guy gave me their corporate #. So sad
