If you are looking for the survey what you do is this. There is a link at the top that states "member benefits" when you scroll across that there will be a link for "Earn bonus points" The survey should be the first one listed after you click that link.

The points are used to buy stuff from Disney Rewards, like posters, stickers, hats, etc. There's a section on the site where you can see what's available for certain levels of points.

how do you get to the survey?

If the codes are from your actual DVD purchase, they are only good for your account...I'v tried to enter some codes from DVD's I purchased used and they come up as invalid...must have been used by previous owners :(

Mg, any chance you'd used them before? I'm not sure where the Tina code came from, but the EN code was included in their Oct. newsletter and thus has been available for a while now.
