I believe anything HIF stands for "Hey It's Free" as in this website. So if Goob says "We HIFFED it" it means we "hey it's free'd it to death, or used it all up." So I would imagine Hiffers simply means US, Hey It's Free users. (Unless you have a bottle of elmers glue in your hands, then you are using the word hiffer in an entirely demonic way. Just kidding y'all!)
