So-BUYER BEWARE! ***If you were indeed lucky enough to get your portraits "free of charge" then you were definately the exception- not the rule. (see comment #1) I've found through the years that Sears is not a place to go for pic's unless you want to spend hundreds of $$. If I'm paying that kind of cash then I am going to my local PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER- not to a high-pressure sales person who gets paid $8.00 pr. hr. and who may/may not know how to take a decent picture! (Now that everything is going digital- RETOUCHING your photo is a problem and a whole lot of extra $$ as well!!) ***My humble advice...If you want a pretty good pic at a fantastic price- Walmart can't be beat. Terrible wait time (they were running an hour late on all appointments) and they required a $14.99 print purchase before giving you the free Halloween print. I went to the Roseville sears and they said: I had to pay a sitting fee for my son because the picture is only for 1 person and then the sales pressure to buy more was intense they acted like I was steeling because I only wanted the free picture.
