3 Free MyCokeRewards Points
I know a lot of Hiffers, like myself, participate in the MyCokeRewards program. Despite these three free points we can get in exchange for watching a video, I have to wonder, am I ever going to have enough points to get a decent prize? I’ve been saving up for almost two years now and the best prize I can get is a freaking Coke tote bag. No offense Coke, but I don’t tote that much stuff.
I earned enough points to get a sweet Nike watch. But, I’d been collecting for over three years! LOL!
I have to agree…..I just started doing this a few ago……I have read elsewhere of displeasure w/ this program.
It seems to defeat the purpose for Coke, if we are left w/ a negative impression of their brand.
We are a Pepsi OR a Coke family. At this point we just buy what is on sale. This program certainly doesn’t make me preferentially purchase Coke.
so far ive gotten about 4 magazine subscriptions and 3 free 12oz’s, but that was only because we stocked the vending machine at work with coke products and i would totally take the point codes lol.
I’ve been a coke rewards member since it’s inception and I’ve gotten a few nice prizes. The wheeled softsided ice chest, an indoor arcade style basketball goal for 2 players, and most recently the recycle coke bottle necklace by some artist. But I also have all of my family and a couple of friends collecting codes for me. I’ve also found that as the years go on the redemption prizes get less and less in number and the sweepstakes prizes get more and more. which really sucks since I have no luck at all at winning things.
Between my husband and I, we go through a 24 pack of Diet Coke every week, plus he brings home points from the 12 packs of Coke they keep stocked in the fridge at work. I’m perfectly happy with getting several free magazine subscriptions a year from buying something I already have an addiction to
We have gotten lots of stuff, we have enough points to do 3 accounts a week if im motivated to keep typing them in. We have gotten a dvd player for the car, a video recorder, a printer, lunch bag, pjs, t-shirts, necklace, nike gift card, movie, vegetable steamer, food processor, towels, can’t remember if we got anything else.
I just get magazine subscriptions. Then I don’t renew the next year. It gave me a ton of free magazines…
My boyfriend collects the points and so far he has gotten a magazine and free game rentals from Blockbuster. Just a few more points and he’s getting me a set of frying pans which we really need! He takes the points off of cases at work when people throw away the boxes so he has a lot of points!
I have redeem a bunch of stuff, including movie tickets, subway cards, magazine subscriptions, etc. Besides the fact that we’re addicted to it, it helps that all my friends and family are always collecting and giving me their caps.
I agree!! Who drinks enough Coke to get THOUSANDS of points in a year? Who decides how much the prizes are worth anyway!!!
I have been doing this for about three years now. I have gotten several hats and a coffee maker. Right now I have enough to get an ipod dock but I am saving up for a pair of binoculars. Its really easy if you ask others to help collect. I don’t even drink all that much coke.
I’m with you, Robin. I’ve gotten a couple nice prizes over the years, but now it’s all sweepstakes, which totally sucks.
My favorite thing I’ve gotten is a simple baseball cap, though. It’s a nice hat for going fishing, and has gotten the most use out of any of my prizes.
I pretty much just redeem them all for free Coke Zero’s now.
Just a friendly reminder to those saving points for a particular item – Be sure and check the Rules for the program deadline. Right now it says points can only be entered until the end of November and you have until the end of the year to redeem your points. Wouldn’t want to see anyone lose their points! There’s always a chance they will extend the program, so I would just check the Rules periodically.
my husband is a garbageman….so ummm…..weve gotten 2 toaster ovens, nike $50 GC, 2 ipod docks, magazines, I-home alarm clock, food processor…but now they limited how much u can enter per day. You dont even want to know how much stuff hes gotten from MILLER HIGH LIFE reward points
Today Oct 28th, they are giving double points for diet coke. I didn’t know it, just happened to enter some today
Thanks Goob, been saving up, as soon as I see coke products on sale, have over 500 points now! And, thanks Maggie, had to go rip off the codes off my diet coke! Walgreens has coke products 4/$10 here thru Saturday, that’s a good deal, here at least.
I have been collecting since it started just like others and there are no decent stuff on my coke rewards.com . I have been collecting since it started and Its suppose stop this year.
Coke rewards come on get your act together and give the people that have been collecting for years some nice stuff Please …………
I got a Pirates of the Caribbean DVD a while back, and it didn’t require that many points. Was listed under a special limited time prize section.
You can donate the coke rewards to my daughters elementary school. Sharon Elementary in Newburgh Indiana. They use them for playground equipment and indoor recess activities.

My favorite reward was the $35 dollars off an AirTran ticket. Money off is always welcome!!
My husband and I got a Pop-A-Shot with electronic scoreboard. But this was before they limited the points to 120 a week. And two camping chairs, one with a side table and one with a built in cooler (holds 4 beers). Also, a lunch bag, $20 subway gift card. Totally easy to do if you drink coke products, have friends who drink coke products, don’t mind checking out cardboard recycling areas.
I’ve gotten lots of free magazine subscriptions, and a free year to club pogo. Like another comment said…… I’m addicted to diet coke (and club pogo!) anyway, doesn’t hurt to get freebies with it
Well I’m glad I’m the only goofball who isn’t getting anything good with these points – it sounds like plenty of Hiffers are getting stuff! I like the free magazine idea and now that I look, they do have more giftcards than I previously thought.
I have gotten quite a few things, the towel, shirt, waffle iron, sandwich griller. Lots of the good stuff gets gone before you can even get it. My family saves the codes for me, but now that they made the 120 point limit per week its hard to get anything. Have been a member since day 1, and have watched the amount of points needed to get something. It used to be around 60 points to get a free 12 pack of soda, now 200 or so. Its a game to get people to drink more!
In the bigining coke rewards was fabuloss but later is jus crap.
I love the coke rewards! I’ve received so many wonderful things! Also, you can easily donate to your kids school or a local school. We can get art and pe and health products and it’s easy! I love the program, but not a fan of the code limit.
