If you're really hungry and thirsty for that matter, I don't see how they can't deny you the free burger & fries as it's pretty much buy 1 get 1 free. It's like going to McDonalds with a coupon good for a free cheeseburger with the purchase of one, they aren't going to care if you have two people in your party or not. I don’t remember the last time I got a burger at Denny’s.
