Free $10 Kraft Rebate

This holiday season, Kraft is offering a free $10 rebate if you purchase any 10 of Nabisco Crackers, Easy Cheese, or Planters Nuts before 11/30/09. Check out the rebate form for a full list of qualifying items, as there are 11 in all. It’s not a money-making deal, but if you already buy their products, you might as well take advantage of the free money they’re offering back to you!

There’s also a $1/2 Nabisco crackers coupon available on their site. It’s via SmartSource, but for some reason my computer was having trouble printing it. Anybody else having the same trouble?

Free Recipe Holder

Viva paper towels is giving away free recipe holders to the first 5,000 people to send a postcard or index card with their name, address, age and email (optional) to:

Food Network Magazine/VIVA Giveaway
P.O. Box 9221
Lyndhurst, NJ 07071

I haven’t seen this offer on many other freebie sites, so if you throw a card in the mail today, chances are you’ll get a freebie. In semi-related news, Coupons.com has a $0.40/2 Viva Towels Big Roll coupon available. In completely non-related news, I’m having trouble focusing today. There’s a new episode of Radio Lab sitting in iTunes and I’ve got a copy of Battlestar Galactica’s The Plan just waiting to be watched! Too bad I’m my own boss or I’d totally call in sick today.

EDIT: SmartSource also has the $0.40/2 Viva Towels Big Roll coupon available!

Free Glomineral GloLoose Eye Shadow

EDIT: They’ve reached their cutoff for freebies.

Hey look, another Facebook freebie! This time around, if Glominerals gets 1,800 fans by Monday, October 26, then all of their fans get a free GloLoose eye shadow. Now I’m no wizard nor can I see into the future, but they currently have over 5,600 fans. Something tells me they’re going to reach their goal or else a few thousand people are planning on punking us and leaving the group on Sunday.

Coupon: Free Edible Arrangements Fruit

Facebook Freebies

If you have a local Edible Arrangements, then become a fan of them on Facebook and receive a coupon via e-mail for a free Edible Arrangements 6-Piece Dipped Fruit that retails for $15. The coupon is valid through 11/21/09 and you could theoretically use it to make an order on-line, but then you’d have to pay shipping.

Unfortunately, chocolate covered fruit is supposedly not healthy for you. I hate to say it, but I’m sick and tired of doctors. They’re always telling me that everything I do is unhealthy. I’d like for them to explain to me how I’m supposed to get through the day without copious amounts of liquor and fatty foods. It’s impossible!

And as always, you should become a fan of HIF on Facebook! We have a fun time chatting and hanging out over there.

Free Crock-Pot Recipe e-Book

This free crock-pot recipe e-book has 33 total recipes in it and I couldn’t be happier. I just may live through the winter now! I don’t know who invented the crock-pot, but they deserve an award. It’s literally a magic pot – I throw in a bunch of raw ingredients in the morning and by dinner time, I have something edible and tasty. Why don’t we have more devices like this in our lives?

To get the recipe book, enter your e-mail address in the box that pops up on the first page and then select the option to skip straight to the recipe book. I didn’t print mine out since it’s 50 pages long, but I did print one or two recipes that I’ll try this week.

Free Personalized Marlboro T-Shirt

EDIT: This offer may be expired.

I don’t smoke, but I do enjoy freebies, so I just signed up for a free personalized Marlboro t-shirt. Once logged in, click the Promos & Offers tab to completely customize a shirt. You can select any two letters (they suggest your initials) and then they have a ton of icons and graphics to add to the design. I whipped something together in a few minutes and in 8-12 weeks, I’ll have a new sleep shirt!

If you haven’t signed up for a Philip Morris freebie in the past, you’ll need to register on the site with a driver’s license and social security number. They use the info to cross-check the DMV’s database to make sure you’re 21 or older since the law is so strict.

Free $5 off $25 CVS Coupon

EDIT: Looks like this offer is now dead.

If you’re a regular shopper at CVS, you may be interested in taking a short flu quiz. In exchange for doing so, you’ll get a free printable coupon for $5 off any $25 purchase. Be warned; as you take the quiz, robotic humans pop up on your screen and start talking to you. If you don’t answer the questions immediately, they start looking around and doing the same actions on a loop. It almost looks like they’re dancing. And for the record, no, I did not turn on some music and dance along with them. Well, not for long at least.

The quiz is only 5 questions long and it doesn’t even matter how well you score on it. I don’t know about you, but that’s my kind of quiz.

IS: Free LORAC Bronzer or Couture Lipstick

If you print out this coupon, you can take it into your local Sephora store inside a JCPenney to get either a free LORAC TANtalizer Baked Bronzer or a Mini Couture Shine Liquid Lipstick. I know this is probably a silly question, but I can’t slather the Baked Bronzer on my turkey this Thanksgiving in place of cooking it, right? It can’t possibly taste any worse than if I cooked it, but then again, my family probably wouldn’t appreciate the inevitable trip to the hospital. Ugh, they can be so demanding!

Free 2010 Wellness Calendar

I’m not sure what the difference is between a normal calendar and this free 2010 wellness calendar, but I hope it has something to do with replacing the days of the week with vegetables. Hey look, it’s Carrotday.1

Their website looks a little weird in Firefox, but the form went through just fine.

  1. That was an atrocious joke and I apologize profusely. []

Office Max: Deals for Week of 10/18/09

Office-Max-freebies

Pocket Your Dollars put together a nice post of Office Max deals available this week, including a few items that you can get for free after MaxPerks Bonus Rewards. MaxPerks are Office Max’s version of a rewards program and are only available to businesses and schools, but they’re pretty lax on registration. For instance, I signed up for a business account for my home office, which pretty much anybody can claim to have.

These usually go pretty fast, so you might want to call ahead to make sure your local store has enough in stock.
