Don't be afraid of generic pain relievers, they will save you a bundle. That being said, there are some prescriptions medications available in a generic formulation that are not recommended, specifically, anti-seizure medications. But don't believe me alone, there are plenty of evidenced-based studies available regarding generics vs brand name drugs.
