Free Dove Calming Night Body Wash

I hope my high school Spanish teacher doesn’t read HIF because she’s not going to enjoy the following post. There’s a new free Dove Calming Night body wash offer available and of course, the site has to be in Spanish. My history with foreign languages is well documented in the archives, so I’ll spare you the recap of my ineptitude. At least I was able to be frustrated and confused in the comfort of my own home instead of in a South American country!

for younger people if you’re having trouble, change your birthday so you’re older. im 19, almost 20, and it said i wasn’t eligible. it says at the bottom 18 and older, so i dont really get it, but it worked.

BAHHHH .. It didn’t work for me. .

    WHATEVER.

Im just sad .. I wanted to experience the whole

@Megan: It worked when I changed my birth year too.

It didn’t accept it when I said I was 24, but when I pretended I was 29 years old it worked.

I had great luck with this freebie. On the same site there was a button to click to translate to English.

What’s funny is that the ad is in Spanish but the information requested is in English and whoever tried translating into English chose the wrong word. Instead of “State” it says “Status”. “Estado” is the Spanish word for “state” but it also means “status”. You really need to be very careful with the internet translation sites. That’s the language teacher coming out in me. And Goob, mi pobrecito, sorry to hear about the bad grades in Spanish.

I had eight years of Spanish classes but mine wouldn’t go through till I hit the Google translate button even though all my information was correct it kept saying my phone number was invalid. Who knows…but it went through:D

I don’t get that they asked for a phone number. What the heck? Like anyone is gonna really give out their phone number for a bath wash. lol

No problem. Me, my stepmom, and friend in TX all qualifed with birth dates. Thank you. we are all older. longer in the tooth.

No problemo. Google translator automatically kicked in for me…except for the add and the submit button…at least I hope that was the submit button I clicked on and the “Mucho grasias” that popped up wasn’t because I just clicked on a button to give them my house and paycheck! So much for taking latin in school!

“No eres elegible para participar en esta promoción.” Oh well. I’m 23, so age shouldn’t be an issue. Maybe they don’t want me to live in Maryland?
