Free Hasbro Card Games at Kroger / Target

EDIT: Barnacles. As Jennifer pointed out in the comment, some folks are saying their local Kroger isn’t carrying this deal. Instead, the two card games ring up for $2.50 total. Not a bad deal, but not quite free.
Story time! It should come as no surprise that I was a goofball in college and took every opportunity to procrastinate. One year my roommate was studying to be a lawyer and our favorite game was imaging the worst name for his future law firm. The best I came up with involved a local auditorium (The Koger Center), one of my favorite Seinfeld characters (Mr. Kruger), and our nearby grocery store (Kroger). The end result was Koger, Kruger, and Kroger! I can’t even say it once without laughing, but then again, I’m an idiot.
Speaking of Kroger, they currently have a deal where you can get two free Hasbro card games! You’ll need a copy of yesterday’s (Nov. 15) USA Weekend, where you’ll find a BOGO Hasbro coupon on page 3. Then head to Kroger, where they also have BOGO Hasbro sale (no coupon needed). If you then buy two Hasbro games for $6.99 and use the coupon from USA Weekend, you’ll get both free during checkout. This could make for an excellent donation to Toys For Tots or for a Christmas gift!
The Target Coupon Generator also has a BOGO coupon available for the Hasbro Monopoly Deal or Scrabble Slam card games, so you could use the USA Weekend coupon there as well!
[via Coupon Cravings - thanks!]
