Holly, their prices can be a bit high, but they often run random sales. That’s why I signed up for this, so that when they have a sale on some shoes I want, bingo – cheap shoes and free overnight shipping!

I have ordered from Zappos many times. They used to say they always had free overnight shipping, but then it turned into just free shipping both ways, although every time I’ve ever ordered from them since they changed it they immediately sent me an e-mail telling me that I was being “upgraded” to free overnight shipping. So I think they pretty much always do free overnight shipping anyway. But I went ahead and signed up for this VIP thing because I like shoes and am a loyal Zappos customer! If you’ve never bought shoes from them, I strongly recommend it – great customer service!
