I also got the “we’re sorry we cannot process this request due to a missing parameter.” I run Linux on my computer, is that why I can’t print? I have to leave for work so I can not play with it. Hope I can still get the coupon.
Everything was going great until I tried to print – then a message came up that Java was not enabled. It is enabled on my computer – I checked. Oh, well. I was going to give this to a coffee drinking friend of mine, but that’s okay – what they didn’t know won’t hurt them!

This coupon is good anywhere because it is a Manufacturers coupon. White wave foods is the company that will reimburse the store you use it at

I could not print the coupon either, it claimed I didn’t have Java enabled, which is false. I hope their creamer is better than their tech people.
got mine! Looks like the fixed everything. Couldn’t print twice like Rose, fraud detected. Don’t know the count on how many left.
I finally got mine to print after leaving the site and coming back in an hour or so. I think the site is being ‘overwhelmed’. Keep trying.
Got mine! My printer (it’s new and I’m still learning it’s quirks) gave me an “ink alert” as I was printing. Just my luck. But it printed and looks fine to me. Now to decide which flavor to get. They all look so good!

To everybody who had trouble getting the coupon to print, are you able to print it now? If not, can you try using a different browser to see if it’ll print?

I tried a few times using IE 7, but no such luck even though I updated Java and it’s enabled.
Tried using Firefox, and it printed up right away.
Said it was printing, took me to their facebook page and then told me I had already printed my limit. I think this is another KFC promo! I’m going to unfriend them for sure! No other browser to try. And it said it was printing which really makes me mad.
I got the “parameter missing” message as well. I uploaded a Java update, closed out my browsers, then went back and was able to print my coupons.
I got it to work, had to install the java update to get it to print… but sweetness, free creamer, woo! Thanks!

I became a fan and it asked me to print the coupon and I did so successfully. Then I ‘unfriended’ international delight. After that I thought….hmmm, what message will I get if I ‘became a fan’ again? So I became a fan for the second time on facebook and was able to print a second coupon!!! Then I thought…I could do this ALL day! However, the third time I ‘became a fan’ it said my print limit has been reached. I did pretty good though: 2 free pints of International Delight
Tried to get this, right after I got your email (5 minutes ago) but they said the promo was over. I guess I should have checked my FB account.

I understand the excitement of getting a freebie. But when quantities are limited, is it necessary to be greedy and get as many as you can?

re #33: I’m with you, Lori. I get a kick out of getting things for free, but copying coupons or obtaining them in a fraudulent manner is kinda like shoplifting, I think.

I got mine earlier today also! I swear by the Irish Cream flavor, its not that sweet and very creamy!
I was able to print my coupons, and I used them today too. I got chocolate raspberry flavor. Yum Yum.

it is a direct action just like any other coupon that you can print twice, I don’t see how that’s qualified as ‘fraudulent’ by some ‘or greedy’ by others. Happy Holidays.
I agree with Ada. Now if you’re making copies of it that is fraud, but simply printing twice is not.
it does not matter if they print more than once that does NOT drive down that coupon it was to the first fans but they put the coupon up until they had reached their fans limit of 25000 (no matter if it was printed more times than fans) THEN took it down..so its not fraud and its not greedy because technically it could have been printed 50000 times and not been taken down. but COPYING the Q IS FRAUD.
The offer is back for the first 100,000 fans. This time they’ll be mailing the coupons.
