We did this last year. The kids were “remembering it” at dinner the other night. We’ve never had any problems getting the program to work for us. Sorry some of you are struggling. It really is WONDERFUL and my kids are crazy about getting the special email from Santa. Thanks!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this! had to retry during less busy times to get all five of my boyz videos done due to 404 error, but i got them all and they LOVE them. even did one for the hubby, and used “peeing in the shower” just to see if santa would say that, and yep, he did! so cool! Thanks!

I use Internet Explorer. I think the website may have been busy when I was trying to create my videos around 5:30-6:30 PM EST. The first one was for my niece. Apparently her name wasn’t in their database, so Santa needed more time to record the voiceover. Had no trouble with my brother, nephew and sister-in-law since they have common names. They ask fewer personal questions when the video is being made for infants…no zip code nor what question would the child ask Santa. Made a naughty one for my brother. He’s going to laugh so hard that he may not make it to the shower.
